About the villa and its location

The villa is in Karsiyaka, on the scenic coastline of northern Cyprus. The location is ideal if you need to relax and unwind while looking out over the sea and mountains. But there's also plenty to to do if you're the sightseeing type

A 5 minute stroll down the road takes you to the sea and a 10 minute car ride will take you into the mountains. Your choice of beaches are extensive, from rugged, secluded coves where you might find yourselves alone, to chic and sophisticated where your every need is catered for - all within a 10 minute drive.

There are many restaurants, one on the sea front 5 minutes walk from the house.
The main attraction of this north coast is the harbour town of Kyrenia which is just 20 minutes by car. This picture perfect little town has a magnificent castle, mountain back drop, beautiful harbour filled with old wooden boats from past times and chic pavement restaurants and bars, all candle lit. The place is an absolute treat not to be missed by day or night. Further to the east are deserted beaches, many of which are home to nesting sea turtles.

More about the villa

The villa has two double bedrooms, one of which is en suite. There's also a twin room and another bathroom, so the villa can comfortably sleep up to 6 people.
There's also a nice swimming pool and a very large sun terrace where you can catch some rays or have a barbecue with friends and family.

The current rates to hire the villa are below:

April to June: £500 per week

July to August: £550 per week

September to October: £500 per week

November to March: £400 per week
